Project Nursery: Still working on the decor

I'm getting an idea of how I want her changing table/dresser decorated. I found a cute birdhouse and a pair of owl bookends. I have another idea for the decor on top with the birdhouse but for the time being her diaper cake and jewelry box are sitting there.

STUFF...cute little canvas bag I found at TJ Maxx for her toys and stuff :-)

4 years ago...

Four years ago, on September 20th,  I met Mr. Eric Scott Brady!
I didn't know I was going out to meet my future husband :-)
It's been a great four years of just me and E!
Now our lives will change in less than 3 weeks with Sofia's arrival. We're ready to meet our newest family member and see what new adventures come our way.
My favorite memory is seeing Eric smile at me for the first time. I thought to myself, wow, what a handsome guy with such a great smile. My second favorite memory is hearing him laugh at Outback :-)
Made him L.O.L.
Can't wait to see Sofia's smile and hear her L.O.L.

WOW! 36 weeks

Look at that belly! It's amazing how big she's gotten. Next week I'm full term...come on Sofia! :-)

My sisters (Sofia's tias-to-be) surprised me by coming over on a FRIDAY night and helping me with her nursery. Aw! Come back!!! I still have more for you to do :-) Heehee

Project Nursery: Sofia's tree

I decided to go with neutral colored walls for Sofia's nursery. It makes the pink and whites stand out.
I'm not done with her nursery yet but here's a peek at her crib bedding and cherry blossom tree :-)




"Above average"

I'm now 33 weeks pregnant and Sofia should be coming in 7 weeks! We met with Rachel Honeyman this past Saturday and she took some maternity pics. It was so HOT! I'm hotter than ever! I'm so hot I can't sleep at night! But it will all be worth it when Miss Sofia gets here.

Here she is, Sofia Guiselle Brady. This is a 3-D ultrasound pic of her yesterday. The weird little face looking thing by her nose is her fist. She kept putting her hands by her face. You can see her forehead, eye, CHEEK, nose and lips.
The doctor gave us an approximate weight for her at this point. This is what he said: "Five and a half pounds! Above Average!" Whoa baby! And he also said she takes after her dad because she has long legs.
Can't wait to hold you!

7 month belly!

This picture was taken back in April when I was at Pea in the Pod clothes shopping. They told me to try on my clothes with the 7 month belly. Time has really gone by fast!
