RECIPE: PROTEIN PANCAKE
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup instant oatmeal
- Combine ingredients with a few spoonfuls of water(I used one tablespoon). Mix together well, and then cook one large pancake on a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
