Project Nursery - 20 weeks till Sofia's here!

Let the countdown begin! 20 weeks till Sofia is here! 20 weeks to finish her nursery!

The first thing we had done to Sofia's nursery was to replace the carpet with wood floors. (Check)

I knew I wanted white furniture. (Check)

I will change the knobs on the dresser/hutch, nightstand and door. Gotta find a chandelier as well.

The next step is to decide what colors to use for the crib bedding and the walls. We also want to buy a glider. So much more left to complete the nursery! 

Eric and I had fun putting the crib together.

Sofia's already received a few little gifts from family and friends. For the time being I'm putting them on the hutch.

I also need some curtains! This is so much fun!

Happy Wedding Anniversary to us!

Eric and I celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday! We had a fun, awesome weekend and finally bought some furniture for Sofia's nursery! YAY!

White hutch and changing table. I'll be switching out the knobs and working on the decor.

Nightstand. Knobs will be switched out. I need a glider.

Lamp. I'll probably switch out lamp shade. I haven't quite decided. But I love the base.

A night out...back in April

I've been forgetting to take pics whenever Eric and I are out and about. The pic below was taken at Grove for a friend's birthday party. I was 15 weeks pregnant then.

Eric and I were invited to the Mission of Yahweh Incredible Gala! We got all dressed up and had a wonderful time with some great friends :-)

SOFIA! We can't wait till you're here!

We love our door...LOL! We took a couple of pics in front of our door and this one came out cute.

At the River Oaks Country Club right before dinner was served. Such a wonderful evening!
