It's funny how some things work out. We started looking to buy a townhouse/house in September with hopes of moving out in October. We visited so many options we probably drove Don (our realtor) crazy. At the end of October, since we didn't agree on anything, we decided to stop looking and just wait until our lease was up in March.
On October 30th, Eric went with Don to look at some more houses. He only went because we had an appt with Don. We had already decided that we weren't going to look at any more options unitl February. I was in school studying that day for an exam when I got his call. I asked him, "Are you sure I should stop studying and go look at this house?!?!"

When I got to Lakeshore and drove up to the house, I knew it was the one!
30 days later we closed and moved in!

California Love

October 7th - 10th, 2010
Eric was awarded MVP by his company! One of his rewards was a trip to San Diego, C.A.! We stayed at Hotel Del Coronado. Historic and beautiful hotel. We can't wait to go back.

In July, we went to Playa with Blake and Sarah. I wanted to do something besides lay on the beach. So Sarah and I decided to rent bikes. The guys weren't up for it at first but once they started riding, there was no stopping them. They had lots of fun. So here's a couple pics of us bike riding in San Diego.
